Bringing Back God to All Aspects of Society

When I look at the world today, I see various dimensions, or “pillars,” that make up our society: government, business, education, finance, and so forth. Initially, all these dimensions were rooted in God. If you look back in history, every government, regardless of belief, had a spiritual foundation—be it in God or other gods. Education, too, was seen as divine wisdom, reserved for those who were highly spiritual. Many of the early inventions and translations of scripture were the work of scholars who were deeply spiritual. In essence, spirituality was at the heart of every societal pillar.

But today, I see the enemy has slowly worked to remove God from these dimensions. Look around: God has been taken out of government, and removed from schools, finance, and even business. In some cultures, business owners pray before starting their transactions; others make it a habit to invoke God’s blessing in their dealings. Why are we Christians often hesitant to bring God into our daily lives and workspaces? The enemy has convinced us that these are “secular” matters, yet, in reality, God’s wisdom is woven into the fabric of all creation. Science, too, is simply the art of understanding what God has made.

God is not separate from government, business, education, or any other aspect of life. In everything I do, I want to intentionally bring God into action. I want to go into every space—whether business, education or my own family—with the name of the Lord. God does not see any area as off-limits. In fact, the moment we include Him in our daily lives and decisions, we invite His presence to work through us. When we do things in His name, we create an outcome that goes beyond our human efforts, transforming every endeavor into an act of faith and a testament to His glory.
